Our global clients leverage our device-based intelligence network that contains 4 billion devices that have touched our clients’ sites, plus 40 million fraud and abuse reports connected to some of those devices.

 

Position Summary

We want to hear from you if you’re a passionate and creative minded Technical Product Manager who thrives in an environment where you would be a visible and critical member of our dynamic team. This role is concentrated on mobile and web risk and authentication; recognizing devices through a variety of methods; delivering data insights; and ensuring effectiveness for native mobile app, mobile hybrid and browser apps and desktop browsing environments.

 

Success in this position is defined by developing a deep understanding of our products and customer use cases and partnering with the technology team to most efficiently and effectively achieve our innovation goals. This includes possessing a blend of business awareness and technical savvy with long-term vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

 

The role takes a balanced approach, managing the product/solution strategy with investment levels to assure that the products are meeting or exceeding business goals. This position also contributes to messaging, content development, and setting and tracking solution performance metrics. That translates to being able to communicate effectively with key constituents when building requirements, in order to communicate plans, progress and delivery for products.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of current web and mobile technologies, specifically how they interact with privacy features including application sandboxing, ad blockers and third- party script blockers
  • Maintain a view of the current privacy landscape and its impact on mobile and web technologies
  • Manage product development priorities with the technology team and resolve prioritization conflicts as necessary
  • Author use cases and requirements for iovation mobile and desktop browser-based solutions; interact with the technology team, other areas of the business and customers to gain acceptance for use cases and requirements
  • Contribute to the positioning for new features/products including key messages, features and benefits, stakeholder problem and solution statements
  • Work with business development to identify partner opportunities, as required, to fill solution gaps
  • Provide training and support to other areas of the business on products, plans and market dynamics, as required
  • Contribute to the go-to-market planning and execution to support successful launches and go-to-market results

 

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or the equivalent  
  • 5+ years of product management experience including market analysis, release feature planning, authoring requirements/use cases
  • Demonstrated product management experience with cloud or SaaS-based enterprise software products
  • Domain expertise working in the mobile environment for both iOS and Android in Web, Application, and Hybrid application solutions
  • Demonstrated business judgment, leadership, and creative problem solving; data-informed decision making; responsibility leading product, strategic or business planning for a product or team
  • Creative mindset; proactive, customer-centric approach with demonstrated ability to make informed tradeoffs between customer/prospect needs and technical limitations
  • Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical staff and customers
  • Familiarity and ability to stay current with sector-relevant technology and regulatory trends

 

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology related field
  • Direct experience with software development and delivery
  • Experience with the technical, workflow and business ecosystem of security or fraud systems
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices

 

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting, hearing and talking; intermittent standing and walking; intermittent bending and twisting of the upper body (in the event of traveling/working from remote locations). Close detail work requiring visual acuity.
